Nakshatra Boutique is a Bengaluru couture house crafting bespoke blouses, bridal silhouettes, and tailored everyday wear — quietly, by hand, one body at a time.
Our story
From a single sketch to silk.
The boutique began with a simple idea — that a garment should feel made, not manufactured. That the person wearing it should be in the room when it's designed.
We work in regional Indian crafts — chikankari from Lucknow, zardozi metal-thread from the bridal vocabulary, mirror work from the West, and contemporary threadwork — and bring them into a quieter, more restrained register. Bridal pieces alongside everyday cuts; an Anarkali next to a child's cotton frock. The thread is the same: patient hand work, considered fabric, a fitting before a fitting.
A garment should remember the body it was made for.
